Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cleanassistantllc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Clean Assistant markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://cleanassistantllc.com is the property of Clean Assistant or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Clean Assistant may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://cleanassistantllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Clean Assistant makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Assistant's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Clean Assistant in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Clean Assistant from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in VA.
